TRANSPORTATION – ACTIVE QUOTES: All quotes for transportation services are valid for 24 hours ONLY. Quotes are based on current market availability and are subject to change based on market conditions.
Rates:
Rates for our chauffeur services are determined based on several factors, including the type of service required, vehicle selection, duration of the service, and distance. Please contact us directly for a detailed quote. All rates include gratuities, tolls, parking, taxes, and other incidental charges.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a service is confirmed, the rate quoted at the time of booking will be honored.
Confirmation of Services:
To ensure the highest level of service, all bookings require confirmation at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation of service will be provided via email or text, including all relevant details such as date, time, pick-up location, and any special instructions.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For modifications or cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined below.
Special Events Policy:
Special events include, but are not limited to, weddings, concerts, sporting events, and any service booked as part of a package deal.
Full payment for special event bookings is required 7 days prior to the event date. Once full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.
In the rare event that Class Act Transportation must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered, subject to client’s approval.
Driver Information:
At Class Act Transportation, we understand the importance of communication and transparency for a seamless travel experience. Therefore, we provide our clients with the contact information of their assigned driver to ensure smooth coordination on the day of the service.
For AM Services: If your service is scheduled for the morning (AM), you will receive the name and contact information of your assigned driver by the evening before your service. This allows ample time for any last-minute coordination or changes to your itinerary.
For PM Services: If your service is scheduled for the afternoon or evening (PM), you will receive the final details regarding your driver on the morning of your service.
The provision of driver information in advance is subject to changes due to driver availability or unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions. In the rare event that a change in the assigned driver is necessary, Class Act Transportation will ensure that the new driver’s details are communicated to the client as soon as possible.
Our goal is to maintain the highest level of reliability and convenience for our clients, and this policy is designed to adapt to the dynamic nature of transportation logistics while keeping our clients informed and confident in the service they will receive.
Conduct Policy:
At Class Act Transportation, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all our clients and staff. To ensure this, we have established a conduct policy that applies to all passengers during their journey with us:
No Profanity or Obscenity: We strive to maintain a respectful atmosphere within our vehicles. The use of profane language or obscene gestures is strictly prohibited. We ask all passengers to communicate respectfully with our drivers and fellow passengers at all times.
No Smoking or Vaping: To ensure a clean and healthy environment, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all Class Act Transportation vehicles. This policy is in place to protect the health of both our passengers and chauffeurs, and to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our vehicles.
Alcohol and Illegal Substances: While we allow the consumption of alcohol in some of our vehicles under specific conditions and in accordance with local laws, the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any passenger found using or in possession of illegal substances will be asked to leave the vehicle immediately.
Safety and Comfort: All passengers are required to follow safety instructions provided by their chauffeur, including the use of seat belts. We also ask passengers to refrain from actions that could distract the driver or compromise the safety and comfort of anyone in the vehicle.
Violations of this conduct policy may result in the immediate termination of service without refund, and in certain cases, law enforcement may be involved. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone enjoys their Class Act Transportation experience in a manner that is safe, respectful, and comfortable.
Miscellaneous:
Class Act Transportation strives to provide punctual and reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicle types in the event of mechanical failure or other circumstances where the reserved vehicle cannot be provided. We will make every effort to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value.
Our chauffeurs adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the safety and comfort of our chauffeurs and vehicles. Class Act Transportation reserves the right to terminate service without refund if clients violate this policy.
